Which NFL Games Will Be Played in London in 2024?
For the last few seasons, the NFL has been playing at least one game a year in London, England. As part of the league’s global expansion, there are three games on the NFL 2024 schedule slated to take place in London.
Two games will be played in Tottenham Stadium while the third London game of the season is scheduled to take place in the legendary Wimbley Stadium.
As has been the case since the NFL initially started putting London on the schedule, the Jacksonville Jaguars will play two of the games, but there are some new teams getting their passports ready for their trip overseas.
Find out more about the NFL games in London that are on the 2024 NFL schedule and what you can expect when kickoff comes on the other side of the Atlantic.
Week 5: New York Jets vs. Minnesota Vikings

The big storyline going into this game is the London debut of Aaron Rodgers. While this is the Jets' second trip to London for a game (they lost to the Falcons 27-21 in 2021), it is their first with the future Hall of Fame QB under center. Rodgers is no stranger to the Vikings, having spent the first part of his career with the Green Bay Packers.
Overall, Rodgers is 17-11-1 in 29 career games against Minnesota and brings in a touchdown to interception ratio of around 7:1 against his former divisional foe.
Meanwhile, after three weeks of the 2024 season, Sam Darnold is leading the NFL in passing touchdowns, a stat that no one would have predicted coming into the season.
The Vikings made a trade with the Jets during the 2024 NFL Draft, moving up to take Michigan QB, J.J. McCarthy, who suffered a torn meniscus in the offseason, turning the offense over to Darnold, who is on his third team and finally looks like a starting QB.
It will be fun to see Rodgers face off against one of his old division foes in a new setting, and the fans in London are already ecstatic about getting their first live look at the former Packers QB.
Week 6: Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Chicago Bears

Just a week after the Jets and Vikings face off, the Jaguars and Bears are going to take the field in Tottenham Stadium, a place that has sort of become a second home for the Jaguars over the years. No NFL team has played more games in London than the Jags, and they’ll keep the streak alive with their first of two 2024 games when week six rolls around.
A few years ago, Trevor Lawrence was considered a can’t-miss prospect when the Jags took him first overall in the 2021 NFL Draft. Lawrence’s first year was an abject disaster, but that was largely attributed to head coach Urban Meyer who proved to be the most recent college coach to struggle to figure things out in the pros.
Lawrence’s numbers have improved under Doug Pederson, but after week three, the Jaguars are struggling, having lost a game 47-10 to the Bills on Monday Night Football in week three. Will they get things right when they return to Tottenham?
Speaking of teams drafting players who appear to be can’t-miss prospects, the Bears took another QB early in the NFL Draft when they selected Caleb Williams first overall in the 2024 Draft. Williams struggled mightily in his first two games, a normal occurrence for rookies, before putting up 300 yards passing in week three.
How much more will Williams, a former Heisman Trophy winner, have progressed by the time week six rolls around? Only time will tell, but he appears to be on the right trajectory.
Week 7: New England Patriots vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

The third game on the 2024 London schedule sees the Jaguars play again, but this time, they’ll be considered the home team.
Also, this game is unique in that it won’t be played in Tottenham Stadium like the first two, as the NFL takes the field in historic Wembley Stadium, one of the most iconic venues in the world. The Jags, who will be 4,200 miles from home, will play host to the New England Patriots, a team that is turning the page for themselves this season.
Following the 2023 season, Bill Belichick, the coach who led the Pats to six Super Bowl wins during his tenure, retired. He was replaced by Jared Mayo, who had been one of his top assistants during his tenure. The Patriots shocked the world in week one when they knocked off Joe Burrow and the Bengals before dropping their next two games.
The Patriots also made a move at QB in the offseason, drafting North Carolina signal-caller Drake Maye third overall in the draft, but Maye has yet to start a game for his new team. Instead, journeyman Jacoby Brissett has been handling the starting duties for New England.
Following a week three loss to the Jets during which the Patriots only put up three points, some media pundits asked how much longer Brissett will be the man under center, and reports started coming out that Maye would likely take over this season.
Will it happen before week seven? It seems possible that the Wembley crowd might get a look at the man the Patriots are hoping becomes their next franchise QB.
