Vince Neil's Girlfriend Arrested on Domestic Assault Charge
Rain Hannah Andreani, the longtime girlfriend of Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil, has been arrested on a domestic-related assault charge in Tennessee.
Andreani, 45, was booked into the Williamson County jail on Sunday, Nov. 1, according to inmate records reviewed by USA Today. She was released the next day after posting a $5,000 bond. TMZ was first to report the arrest.
What Allegedly Happened
A source told TMZ that Andreani was arrested for allegedly assaulting the 65-year-old rock singer. According to the source, the couple got into an argument at Neil's home over something that remains unclear. Andreani then allegedly began destroying things in the house before attacking Neil.
Those claims have not been verified, and no details about any injuries have been released. In her booking photo, which was obtained by TMZ, Andreani appears mostly expressionless.
The Williamson County Sheriff's Office booked Andreani at its jail in Franklin, Tennessee, about 21 miles south of Nashville. The sheriff's office confirmed the booking but did not release further details about the alleged assault.
Andreani, who works as a makeup artist, is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 3, according to Page Six.
Neither Neil nor Andreani has publicly commented on the arrest. USA Today said it reached out to a representative for Neil.
A Long and Rocky Relationship
Neil and Andreani have been together for about 15 years. The pair attended the Hollywood premiere of Netflix's Mötley Crüe biopic "The Dirt" together on March 18, 2019.
Their relationship has had its ups and downs. TMZ previously reported that the couple split in May 2025 after Neil suspected Andreani of cheating. They reconciled about a month later, according to a source.
Neil has been married four times. His most recent marriage, to Lia Gerardini, began in 2005, and the couple announced their separation in 2010.
Plane Crash Left Andreani Injured
Andreani was also involved in a deadly accident in February 2025. A private jet owned by Neil collided with a parked aircraft at Scottsdale Airport in Arizona.
Neil was not on the flight, according to USA Today, but Andreani and a friend were on board, and both were hospitalized with serious injuries. Andreani reportedly suffered several broken ribs. The pilot was killed in the crash, and the co-pilot was also seriously injured, according to Globe TV.
Neil's Health and Band Comeback
The arrest comes after a difficult stretch for Neil. He suffered a stroke in December 2024 and later said doctors were unsure whether he would be able to perform on stage again.
Mötley Crüe's 2025 Las Vegas residency was postponed because of what the band called a "required medical procedure." Bassist Nikki Sixx said at the time that Neil's "health is of most concern, as is the health of the band."
Neil eventually returned to the stage, performing an 11-show residency at the Park MGM in Las Vegas in September and October 2025.
The band has more shows on the calendar. Mötley Crüe's next residency, "Carnival of Sins," is set for eight shows from March 19 to April 3, 2027, at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
Born Vincent Neil Wharton in Inglewood, California, Neil joined Mötley Crüe as lead vocalist in 1981 and made his recording debut on the band's album "Too Fast for Love" that same year. "Shout at the Devil" brought the group international stardom in 1983, and "Dr. Feelgood" later became a No. 1 album.
Neil left the band in 1992 and launched a solo career, releasing the album "Exposed" in 1993. He later rejoined Mötley Crüe, which retired in 2015 before reuniting in 2018.
