Mariah Carey’s Holiday Bar Is Coming to 8 Cities This Year
She doesn’t even have to say it anymore. The moment Halloween ends, Mariah Carey’s presence begins. And this year, she’s showing up with drinks in hand at more locations than ever.
Mariah Carey’s Holiday Bar is returning for its third year, and the Queen of Christmas is going bigger. The immersive pop-up experience, created in partnership with event company Bucket Listers, is expanding to eight cities for the 2026 season — double last year’s footprint — and for the first time, crossing the Atlantic.
All eight locations open simultaneously on November 19.
Where to Find One
The pop-ups will open in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, and London.
The London location is particularly well-timed. It launches just ahead of Carey’s Christmastime Tour hitting the U.K., with shows in Birmingham, London, and Manchester beginning November 27. If you’re planning to see her perform and want the full experience, the bar gives you a warm-up act.
What To Expect Inside
Past editions established the formula: heavy Mariah theming, interactive photo moments, and cocktails built around her Black Irish cream liqueur line. Previous highlights included twice-hourly plays of her iconic holiday song, a “Letters to Mariah” station, and cocktails made with Black Irish cream.
This year’s cocktail menu continues to showcase the Black Irish cream liqueur — with drinks like the MC Toasted Tini among the featured options. The bars are described as Mariah-themed winter wonderlands, with festive décor, interactive experiences, and the kind of over-the-top glam the brand has built its identity around.
“The holidays are my favorite time of year, and I love finding new ways to share the magic with my fans,” Carey said. “This year, we’re making my holiday bars even more fabulous and bringing the celebration to more cities than ever before.”
Andy Lederman, founder and CEO of Bucket Listers, said the team is “going international and doubling our amount of cities, introducing unforgettable new moments, and bringing even more of Mariah’s signature glamour and holiday magic to guests.”
How It Got Here
In 2024, Carey teamed up with Virgin Hotels to create “All I Want for Christmas Is You”-themed bars in honor of the 1994 hit’s 30th anniversary, launching in Chicago, Dallas, New York City, Nashville, and New Orleans. The sold-out runs generated significant buzz online, cementing it as a seasonal event people actually plan around — not just another themed bar activation.
In 2025, the bar returned with Bucket Listers in four cities: Los Angeles, New York, Miami and Las Vegas. The 2026 expansion to eight cities including a London debut suggests the demand held and then some. Whether you’re a devoted Mariah superfan or someone who just genuinely loves a well-decorated holiday cocktail bar, the experience seems designed to deliver on both fronts.
How to Get Tickets
Tickets will be sold through Bucket Listers, and waitlists are open now for all eight cities. Given that previous years sold out, booking sooner rather than later is the safer play — especially for high-traffic cities like New York and Los Angeles, and for London, where demand from both local fans and concertgoers will be stacking up from the moment tickets go live.
All eight locations open November 19. You’ve been warned. Or gifted. Depending on your relationship with “All I Want for Christmas Is You” starting before Thanksgiving.
