Trophy Nut Company has issued a voluntary Honey Roasted Peanuts recall after discovering that some cans may contain undeclared cashews. According to the Food Allergy Research & Education (FARE), tree nuts are one of the most common food allergies and about 3.9 million people in the U.S. have them.
The recall was announced in coordination with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and applies to 143 cases of 8.25 oz of honey roasted peanuts distributed in Heinen's Grocery Stores.

These items were distributed in two states, Ohio and Illinois, through both retail stores and online from October 24, 2024 to April 4, 2025. No other Trophy Nut products have been impacted by this recall.
